Amazingly enough today has been really good.

I was dreading my first weekend at Centennial Park. A just fear considering the only person, I know of, who goes to Centennial regularly is Katya-the-impossibly-quite (I have known her for at least a year and she has NEVER spoken to me, So either she hates me or just never speaks, ever!) Anyway I’m getting off topic here.

There were a lot more familiar people there than I expected as well as some total random’s - like that woman who was wearing something that looked like a fluorescent-yellow-frilled-curtain… But uglier! AND the Mother-daughter-dynamic-duo wearing MATCHING pink and purple dresses *shudders*.

I’m sure they were nice enough people but their dress choice was painful to watch! Speaking of painful, THE CHOIR ahhhh… it sounded something like a chorus of overgrown mosquitos but worse! I know I shouldn’t be talking, after all, Kentlyn did have the shitest choir in the history of all shit choirs for about 10 years. But we’ve been AMAZING for the last 6 months. We finally got our act together, there were books made nicely and we had a lead soprano and a choir director with the commitment to build a structurally sound choir, it was amazing - I say “WAS amazing” because now our choir director has been stolen and our lead soprano is going to Russia to get Married *HEAD DESK*…. oh well it was nice while it lasted. AND I’M GETTING OFF TOPIC AGAIN!!

Okay, so the first part of today WAS shit but right before the end a really tall guy asked me to hold some papers while he helped someone, so we got talking. His name is Nick (original I know) he’s just finished uni but will be going back to complete an extra optional year, his family moved here from russia 4 years ago and he speaks really good english. he was really nice and actually showed an interest in getting to know me so maybe I will go back to Centennial park after all…

It gets better!! we then went to Surry Hills to see my ADORABLE new cousin she’s about 4 months old, she’s holding her own head up and trying to stand (with some help). She sat on my lap and giggled for about half an hour. NAW!!

At least you had more fun than me =____=;;

You should come to centennial park sometime…. XD (how cute is that baby!?!?)
